How much will it cost to build my web site?

In order to give you the most accurate estimate for a website to suit your businesses needs, Splyce will need to first learn more about you and your business goals. After that, Splyce will give you a clear understanding of the costs (in writing!) before we begin. This ensures that there will be no surprises when the finished product is completed. How long will it take to build my web site?

This depends on the scope and complexity of your specific project. Each site is unique in its design and functionality and should be treated as such. At Splyce, we strive to create a quality asset that will benefit you and your business. Once your consultation is complete, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate time frame and price estimate.

After Splyce builds my web site, will I own it 100%?

Once payments are completed, you will receive 100% ownership of your new web site as it pertains to the license issued to you. You will also receive your website files and any necessary access credentials. This may change depending on your specific contract.

What is a domain name and why do I need one for my web site?

A domain name is your web site’s address on the Internet. For instance, Google’s domain is www.google.com. If you haven’t purchased your own domain yet, feel free to do so with any domain name registrar. If you’d rather have Splyce handle it, we can do that too. Even if we don’t purchase the domain for you, we can still manage, update, and maintain your entire domain if you’d like. This service is an extremely popular option with our clients.

What is hosting and why is it necessary for my web site?

Web hosting is the location of your website’s files on the Internet. Your web page files, graphics, and other important components of your website are hosted here. If you have not purchased a hosting plan for your website yet, Splyce can help find an appropriate host for your web site. Hosting fees will vary on the technical needs of your web site.

After Splyce builds my site, can I make changes and revisions on my own?

Absolutely. Our goal is to build you and your business a tool that allow you to make updates and changes. We will build your site on Content Management System appropriate for your site’s functional needs. We also offer informative tutoring sessions on site management, differing by technical depth.

What is your payment policy?

In order so begin work on your project, Splyce requires a 50% deposit of the total project cost. The job begins after a contract of work has been signed. The final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project before it is handed over to the client.
